1.Purpose of Use

We will acquire the personal information of the concerned individual as necessary to conduct its inquiry. We will not utilize it for the other purposes or disclose it to a third party.

The acquired personal information will be handled with extreme caution and access is allowed only for a manager.

We educate our employees to handle the personal information correctly.

4.Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide the personal information of the concerned individual to any third party in principle. However, we may provide the personal information of the concerned individual to any third party in the following cases:
・the concerned individual has agreed to such use
・it is authorized by laws and regulations
・there is an urgent need for disclosure with a view to an impending danger to human life, body or property

5.Handling Sensitive Information

We will not acquire, utilize or provide to a third party, any personal information requiring special care and information regarding political view, religious belief, labor union membership, family origin and domicile of origin, health and medical care, and sexual practices and criminal records (the Sensitive Information) unless it is authorized by laws and regulations.

We will acquire, utilize or provide to a third party the Sensitive Information of the concerned individual as necessary to conduct its business with the prior consent of the concerned individual and handle it with appropriate supervision.
