At Techno Labo, manufacturing is carried out according to the standards below.
For small-lot production, production may end before molding conditions stabilize.
Therefore, quality control cannot be performed to the same degree as with full-scale production (lots of 5,000+).
We therefore manufacture according to our attached standards.
Of course, if you have specific requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
However, please understand that what we can guarantee is limited to the attached standards.
Techno Labo specializes in small-lot production.
Each transaction amount is relatively small, so we serve many customers with a wide variety of projects.
Given this background, it is difficult to handle individual contract formats for each company in the same way as with large-scale production.
As a rule, we kindly ask you to use our standard forms.
We regret that we cannot accommodate contracts based on each company’s unique format.
For customers who wish to use their own contract forms, we propose the following alternatives:
We recommend using a trading company you already work with as an intermediary, which can resolve the above issue.
For customers whose annual transaction amount exceeds 20 million JPY, we can support individual contracts.
This is difficult in the first year, but please consider this option once the transaction volume has grown sufficiently.
If Techno Labo assembles components into finished products, we can conclude contracts in the same way as for regular product purchases.
